Its robust stainless steel construction, intuitive Smartvac Easy Label control system with touchscreen, and flexible options for various web widths and multi-lane labeling make it an ideal choice.
Depending on the format, the cycle rate is approximately 8–12 cycles per minute. The dispensing speed is continuously adjustable from 5 to 45 m/min. The positioning accuracy of the label transport unit is approximately ±1 mm.
Tool-specific placement data—such as web width, lanes, and rows—are adjustable. The control system offers setup and automatic modes, plain-text status and error messages, a measurement run for label length, and semi-automatic calibration of the label sensor. The pressure application function can be disabled during setup mode.
Dispensing, transport, and vertical stroke speeds are adjustable. Job-specific parameters can be saved and loaded; all control and job parameters can be backed up to a CompactFlash card.
Service parameters are protected by passwords or keys. Additional features include menu-driven operator guidance in the local language and a label counter with totalizing and preset functions.
