PTFE coating in-house. To ensure safe and trouble-free production, the coating on your heating and sealing plates must be undamaged, as it wears down depending on the production process and film type.

We recoat your sealing plates and equip them with new heating elements. We weld any damage to the plates and rework the contours.

Of course, we not only recoat heating plates from Hilutec, but also those of our competitors:
Multivac, Variovac, Weber, Gea, and Sealpac, among others.

If you need it done quickly, we can remove your plates on-site and recoat them at our facility within 24 hours.
