BASICLINE R (RIGID Film)

✔ Packaging types MAP, Sealing
✔ Packaging shapes: rectangular and round
✔ Film width: 320mm; 360mm; 420mm; 460mm
✔ Film types: APET mono; paper/PE
✔ Draw-off lengths up to 300mm
✔ Packing depth up to 50mm (larger depths through stamp modification possible)
✔ machine’s length is between 4 and 6 meters.
✔ Connection voltage: 400V, 50Hz (other configurations available on request)
✔ Compressed air supply: 6-8 bar
✔ Mould system: standard
✔ Options: Print mark control, edge strip rewinding, trim extractor (additional equipment possible)

BASICLINE SR (SOFT AND HARD Film)

The Basic Line SR combines all the features of the Basic Line S and R in one machine. This enables you to produce safe and professional soft film packaging as well as rigid film packaging with the same machine.
