In-house PTFE coating. To ensure safe and trouble-free production, the coating of your heating and sealing plates must be undamaged, as it wears out depending on the production and type of film.

We coat your sealing plate anew and equip it with new heating elements. We weld damage to plates and rework the contours again.

Of course, we not only coat Hilutec heating plates, but also the sealing and heating plates of competitors: Multivac, Variovac, Weber, Gea and Sealpac are among them.

If it has to be done quickly, we remove your panels and coat them again within 24 hours.
