For all customers with a service contract, we offer the option of Augmented Reality interactive support directly at the specific machine (internet access required). This can be instruction or step-by-step instructions for adjusting your thermal former to other films or for another product.

Accompanied repair or maintenance is also possible in this way. In addition, Smartvac organizes in-house training courses and, if necessary, in your own shop floor.

This enables qualified problem solutions or support with a very short response time.

All common smartphones or tablets based on iOS or Android are supported as usable end devices.

However, the use of data glasses is recommended for multiple, more comfortable use, where the following products are supported:

Vuzix Blade, M300XL, M400 data glasses

RealWear HMT-1, HMT1Z1 data glasses
