WE OFFER INTERACTIVE SUPPORT

For all customers with a service contract, we offer an additional option: interactive support via augmented reality directly at the respective machine (internet access required). This can include instruction or step-by-step guidance for setting up your thermoformer for different films or even for a different product.

Assisted repairs and maintenance are also possible this way. We offer training courses for this at our Smartvac facilities or, if required, at your location.

This allows for qualified problem-solving and support with very short response times.

All common smartphones and tablets running iOS or Android are supported as compatible devices. For more comfortable and frequent use, we recommend using smart glasses. The following products are supported:
